All-on-6 Dental Implants Cost in Cyprus (2026): Price & All-on-4 Comparison
Updated 29 August 2026. This guide explains comparison questions; it cannot determine how many implants a patient needs.
How much does All-on-6 cost in Cyprus?
The current public evidence reviewed for DentMatch24 does not support a reliable Cyprus-wide All-on-6 average. One provider displayed a combined All-on-4/All-on-6 offer from €5,800 per jaw on 29 August 2026, without proving that every four- and six-implant plan has the same scope or final fee.
Do not invent a fixed “All-on-6 premium”. Ask for the six fixtures, restorative components, provisional teeth, definitive bridge, conditional surgery, visits and aftercare to be itemised. Implant number should follow the clinical and prosthetic plan—not a package upgrade.

All-on-6 dental implants cost in Cyprus
Some clinics advertise one starting price for All-on-4 and All-on-6, while others separate them by implant brand and bridge material. This makes simple averages unreliable. Ask for an itemised case estimate rather than assuming a low package figure includes every stage.
| Cost driver | All-on-6 question | Potential impact |
|---|---|---|
| Six implant fixtures | Which manufacturer and model? | Two additional fixtures, abutments and restorative components can increase cost. |
| Surgery | Are extractions, grafting or sinus treatment needed? | Additional procedures can change both cost and timeline. |
| Temporary bridge | Is it fixed and included? | Immediate temporary teeth may be a separate laboratory item. |
| Final bridge | Acrylic, composite or zirconia? | Material and laboratory complexity create large quote differences. |
| Visits | One trip or staged return? | Flights, hotel nights and time away from work affect total trip cost. |
| Maintenance | Who handles reviews after travel? | Long-term cleaning, repairs and local dental care should be budgeted. |
All-on-6 versus All-on-4: what actually differs?
| Comparison | All-on-4 | All-on-6 |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per arch | Four | Six |
| Planning aim | Uses four strategic positions to support a fixed arch | Uses two additional fixtures where anatomy and prosthetic design allow |
| Bone requirement | May be selected where posterior bone is limited, but this is case-specific | Requires suitable positions and sufficient bone for six fixtures |
| Price | Often lower when materials and bridge design are comparable | May be higher because of additional components and surgical work |
| Best option | Cannot be decided from price or photos alone; imaging, examination and prosthetic planning are required. | |
Does six always perform better than four?
No universal superiority claim is justified. ITI consensus found no statistically significant survival difference in its evidence comparison of fixed complete-arch prostheses supported by fewer than five versus five or more implants. It recommends at least four appropriately distributed implants for a one-piece fixed full arch while considering prosthetic design and the effect of a future complication. [ITI consensus]
A five-year multicentre randomised trial in 47 maxillary full-arch patients found four implants non-inferior to six for marginal bone-level change, with comparable survival. The four-implant group had more technical complications and lower total cost. This single trial informs the discussion; it does not select the best plan for an individual. [2025 RCT]
The plan should explain why six suitable positions are proposed, what prosthetic or contingency benefit they provide and what would change with four implants or a removable alternative.
What is normally included in an All-on-6 package?
- Consultation and case assessment
- Panoramic X-ray and/or CBCT where indicated
- Six implants in the treated arch
- Surgical placement and routine anaesthetic
- Temporary teeth if immediate loading is appropriate
- Healing reviews and instructions
- Final bridge after the required laboratory and healing stages
- Written implant system and bridge material details
- Transfer and accommodation information for travelling patients
- Aftercare contact and written warranty conditions
Never assume every item is included. A quote should mark inclusions, exclusions and conditional extras clearly.
Extra costs that can change the package
Extractions and infection treatment
Failing teeth, retained roots or active infection can change the surgical plan. Ask whether routine and complex extractions are priced differently.
Bone grafting or sinus procedures
Additional bone treatment is not automatically required, but it may be proposed after imaging. Cambridge University Hospitals notes that bone grafting makes implant surgery more complex and can involve swelling, bruising and pain.
Temporary and final bridge materials
A temporary bridge is not the same as the definitive restoration. Confirm whether the final bridge is delivered during the first trip or after healing, and whether the advertised price includes zirconia or another material.
Sedation and medical assessment
Local anaesthetic may be included while sedation or hospital-based support may cost extra. Disclose relevant health conditions and medication to the treating team.
Candidacy, risks and maintenance
Candidacy requires a qualified dentist’s assessment of general health, medicines, smoking, oral hygiene, periodontal health, remaining teeth, bone, anatomy, bite and ability to maintain a full-arch prosthesis. [Leeds NHS]
Possible problems include pain, swelling, bruising, infection, failure to integrate, later peri-implant inflammation or bone loss, and restorative wear, loosening or fracture. [Leeds NHS]
Additional fixtures do not remove risk; they require suitable sites and add components. Fewer implants can have different technical and contingency implications. The trade-off belongs in the individual prosthetic plan.
Once implants are functioning, the EFP S3 guideline recommends structured supportive peri-implant care with periodic tissue-health assessment. [EFP S3 guideline]
Alternatives to compare
- preserve and restore suitable natural teeth;
- All-on-4 or another fixed implant distribution;
- an implant-retained removable overdenture;
- a conventional complete denture;
- staged or delayed loading;
- a graft strategy when clinically justified.
How long does All-on-6 take?
Surgery and temporary teeth may be completed within a short first visit in suitable cases, but bone healing takes longer. Some treatment plans use a second visit for the final bridge. Your itinerary should show consultation, surgery, temporary fitting, reviews, healing period and final restoration separately.

Frequently asked questions
How much is All-on-6 in North Cyprus?
The site’s 12 August 2026 source snapshot recorded €4,800–€5,400 per jaw for All-on-4 or All-on-6 style packages. A public provider page checked on 29 August displayed a combined offer from €5,800 per jaw. These are dated advertisements, not a reliable Cyprus-wide All-on-6 average or final individual quote.
Is All-on-6 cheaper than treatment in the UK or USA?
Advertised dental fees may be lower, but compare the complete plan and trip: scans, extractions, temporary and final teeth, two visits, flights, accommodation, maintenance and possible corrective travel.
Can I have All-on-6 without bone grafting?
Some patients may not need grafting, but only suitable imaging and examination can answer this. Marketing copy cannot confirm your anatomy.
Is a CBCT essential?
Appropriate three-dimensional imaging is commonly important for full-arch implant planning. The treating dentist decides which scans are required.
